  I think Panera is high priced but the food is always fresh and staff wonderful at this location.

  Ordered a "quick pick up" order more than 24 hours in advance for 3:30 p.m. Waited while staff wandered around (I was 10 minutes early, so ok). Finally someone decided an order had been made but they had only plain and wheat bagels left, not the 6 varieties I had ordered and would I like the leftovers? I would not and cancelled the order. NOTE: when you place an order (by phone or on-line) you may or may not get what you requested. This (all?) Paneras make X number of items per day and do not reserve them for you, even though you must leave your credit card info.
  
  One good thing came from this. I found another local bakery with superior products, lower prices and helpful staff.

  Good service, God food!!
  I work right next to Panera, so I visit often. Every single time I feel welcome! The employees knew my name after only two visits! As someone who worked in fast food, I know it's hard to learn the customer's name's when there aren't many frequent visitors.
  They have a variety of soups, sandwiches, and drinks available. I love the cinnamon crunch scone!
  Definitely would recommend Panera!
